The Kusarigama is a chain weapon historically used by shinobi. It consists of a kama, or scythe like weapon, attached to a weighted ball end with a rope or chain. The scythe end is a one sided slashing weapon , while the weighted ball end is a bashing weapon.

- Keep the weighted end moving to gain the momentum needed to count a hit.
- Use the rope to tangle your opponent's weapon or limbs to restrict their movements and go in for a kill with the kama.

- The weighted end is easy to stop and has a repeated opening, even with momentum.
